Trace Sanderson (also known as Lainy Voom in virtual space).

I spent much of my 20’s backpacking/volunteering abroad, mostly Asia and Middle East. My 30’s have been less nomadic, focused on creating animations firstly in Flash, and then using a new experimental form called “machinima”. I love creating animated films, seeing something from my imagination come alive on the screen to share with others is an amazing feeling. I mostly create films using the Second Life engine, although I have used various other engines in the past. I am co-founder of The Virtual Build Archive, which documents beautiful and innovative virtual builds, and co-founder of Fallopian, which promotes machinima as an art form.
